These images and templates all remain the property of Inspiraminds but we hope you enjoy using them in your home to help your children, clients or students work through managing and regulating big emotions. Whilst some of these activities are directly connected to one of the 5 picture books in my series they are still able to be used without reading the story first. Obviously, they are better in connection with the stories.

Breathing is one of the easiest and quickest ways to help us calm our busy minds or regulate big emotions from stress or frustration. Children cannot always do this easily and practicing some of these techniques is a great way to support your child to be able to use this technique when having a meltdown.

After a very unsettled couple of years our children are returning to school after an extended time away. It is important to remember how daunting, exciting and difficult this may be for some children.
Change is never easy for children. They feel confident and secure when the parameters remain the same. Check out these tips to help your children return to school. These tips can also help with anxious children in general or after a period of time away from something where there might be some nerves.
